1. About the Platform

Loan Finish Corporation is a community-based loan relief platform that facilitates peer-to-peer financial support for individuals struggling with genuine loan burdens. We do not provide loans, financial advice, or guarantees of any kind. We act solely as a facilitator between donors and beneficiaries.

2. Eligibility

To register and use this platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Hold a valid PAN card
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Not have been previously blacklisted from the platform

3. Beneficiary Obligations

As a beneficiary applicant, you agree to:

• Provide only genuine and accurate loan and personal information
• Upload authentic identity and loan documents
• Pay the one-time verification fee when your application is ready for review
• Not misrepresent your financial situation or loan details
• Use funds received solely for loan repayment purposes
• Participate in the community by contributing to other cases once you receive support

Applications found to contain false or misleading information will be permanently rejected, and the user will be blacklisted from the platform. No refund of the verification fee will be issued in such cases.

4. Donor Obligations

As a donor, you acknowledge that:

• Contributions are voluntary and made in good faith
• We verify beneficiary cases to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all claims
• Contributions are non-refundable once processed successfully
• You will not use the platform to launder money or engage in fraudulent activity

5. Verification Fee

A one-time verification fee is charged to beneficiary applicants when their application reaches the verification stage. This fee covers document procurement, identity verification, and compliance review. This fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the verification, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Submit fraudulent, duplicate, or fabricated applications
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt platform services
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Create multiple accounts for the same individual

7. Limitation of Liability

Loan Finish Corporation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. We do not guarantee that any specific fundraising target will be reached. We are not responsible for how donors choose to Support or how beneficiaries choose to use received funds.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity. Users found submitting fraudulent applications may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302023.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
