This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Loan Finish Corporation may issue refunds for payments made on the platform. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Verification Fee — Non-Refundable
The verification fee is non-refundable in all standard cases.

The one-time verification fee is charged to cover the actual cost of:

  • Obtaining official bank statements and loan documents
  • PAN card identity verification via government portals
  • Lender account and IFSC cross-verification
  • Manual review by our compliance team

These costs are incurred at the time of verification regardless of the outcome. Therefore, the verification fee is non-refundable whether your application is approved or rejected.

2. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund of the verification fee may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same application due to a technical error
  • Payment failure with deduction: Your bank was debited but the payment was not recorded on our platform
  • Platform error: A technical fault on our side caused an incorrect charge

Refund requests under these exceptions must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

3. Donor Contributions — Non-Refundable

All donations and contributions made by donors to beneficiary cases are non-refundable once the transaction is marked as successful. Contributions are transferred directly to support the beneficiary's loan relief and cannot be reversed after processing.

If a UPI contribution is submitted but has not yet been verified by our team, you may contact us to cancel it before verification is completed.

4. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails and your bank account is debited, the amount is typically refunded automatically by your payment provider (Razorpay / UPI) within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact us with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction ID or UTR number
  • Screenshot of the bank debit
5. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request, email us at help@loanfinish.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name]" and include:

  • Your full name and registered email
  • Payment amount and date
  • Transaction ID / UTR number
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
