Tips

What Makes Your Case Strong?

Complete & Clear Documents
Submit high-quality scans. Blurry or incomplete documents slow down the process significantly.
Detailed Hardship Reason
A specific, honest explanation of why you cannot repay — job loss, medical bills, family crisis — carries more weight.
Consistent EMI History
Showing that you were repaying on time before the hardship event strengthens your case considerably.
Accurate Personal Details
Ensure your name, PAN, and contact details exactly match your submitted documents.
